The remodeling and expansion of the exterior areas of a single-family recreational home were designed to meet the client's specific requirements. The client sought the addition of a wet area with a Jacuzzi, a utility room, a terrace, parking, and an enhancement to the overall access design of the home. The outcome was a harmonious interplay of volumes using various natural materials, imparting a more joyful and inviting ambiance to the residence. This transformation effectively addressed the initial perception of the home as somewhat cold and flat.
